Meghan McKenna has had over 4 years of experience working as a Rheumatology trained Nurse Practitioner, 7 years of front line nursing with Biologic-DMARD infusions and the speciality pharmacy/ patient support program landscape and 12+ years of acute care and emergency nursing experience. Meghan's role includes patient triage, assessment, communicating a diagnosis, prescribing appropriate therapies and follow-up care as well as intravenous therapy.

Meghan McKenna holds certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered nurse in extended classes, wth a speciality in Primary Care and Prescribed controlled substances under her RN (EC) certification. Meghan also is certified in PALS, ACLS, BLS and ENPC.

Meghan has extensive experience working with acutely ill children, chronic illness such as Chron's disease, ulcerative colitis, psoriasis, AS, RA, PsA, SLE and MCTD.
