Dr. Udani Senaviratna, N.D
Naturopathic Doctor, Applied Psycho-Neuro Biology™ & Healer
Warm, friendly and compassionate, Dr. Udani Senaviratna puts her patients at ease while also discovering and treating the root cause of their condition. Her attentive and dedicated approach lets her patients feel supported and emboldened to improve their health. Dr. Udani Senaviratna understands the spectrum of disease progression and meets her patients at where they are currently. With a thorough physical assessment and history taking she understands the physiological cause of her patients' illness as well as its energetic impact. Her treatments will often address both in order for her patients to experience true healing. Dr. Udani always tailors her treatment to each patient instead of a 'one size fits all' approach. She loves working with individuals from all backgrounds, as she genuinely believes everyone has the ability to make healthy, long lasting changes.
Dr. Udani Senaviratna has a special interest in women’s health, digestive issues, chronic pain, cardio-metabolic and autoimmune conditions. She also uses Applied Psycho-Neuro Biology™ to help release untapped negative emotions from the body. For her clinical internship she was accepted into the highly competitive fertility focus shift at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and has worked closely with fertility patients. As a clinical intern she also worked at the Brampton Civic Hospital in the outpatient Naturopathic clinic, gaining experience on a wide range of medical concerns.
She has been a research assistant at Western University, President of CCNM Business Association, and has worked at the College of Family Physicians of Canada. She is a passionate believer in community involvement, having volunteered long term at St’ Joseph’s regional mental health centre as well as in various community run initiatives, most recently being a part of the Canadian Association of Girls in Science.
Dr. Udani is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). She has successfully completed NPLEX I & II as well as CONO clinical science and board licensing examinations.
