Upon completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Toronto, Kristen decided to travel the world and reflect on the type of practitioner she wanted to be. She completed her Masters of Physiotherapy in Manchester, England and spent time working with their National Health. Now that she is back in Canada and has she has passed her Canadian exams, she is excited to apply all her overseas knowledge to her patients in the city she calls home. Kristen loves collaborating with patients to achieve their goals and always takes a holistic approach to healing.

 

She believes it is important to be both seen and heard by the practitioner you are working with, and always ensures that the treatment plan is personalized to your needs. Every session with her is bound to be exciting as she utilizes a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and modalities.
